What it takes

  • Demonstrated, strong work ethic and a self-starter
  • Proven leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement
  • Current enrollment in a four-year or MBA program
  • Classified as a junior or senior
  • Enrollment in one of the following preferred undergraduate majors: Insurance or Business
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Scheduled to graduate in December or June
